99.9% Uptime Guarantee

WireNine offers a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee, covering all Web sites hosted on our servers. In the event that your web site is not available for more than 99.9% in any calendar month, WireNine will credit the following month's service fee according to the chart to the left.

You must request credit by contacting our billing department. Maximum credit shall not exceed the monthly service charge for the affected month. Service credits issued for downtime are automatically applied to future invoices, and do not have a cash value. Accounts must be in good financial standing and not in violation of our Web Hosting Terms Of Service.

Please note our uptime guarantee does not include downtime that is beyond WireNine's reasonable control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages, internet backbone congestion, and facility power failures. Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for our uptime guarantee.

24-Hour Support Response Time Guarantee

We're staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our average response time is less than one hour, striving not to let a customer wait hours upon hours in order to have their issue resolved. Our technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and are willing to help you in any way possible.

All support requests are guaranteed to receive a response within 24 hours of submission. Please note that this does not mean our average response time is 24 hours. Our average response time is less than one (1) hour, day or night!

* Refunds made for a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee will not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or any fees for additional services that are purchased in the first sixty (60) days. Make sure you have a backup copy of your data when requesting cancellation, as accounts and account backups will be promptly terminated. Refunds for accounts with payment methods besides Credit Card or PayPal, including wire transfers, checks, and money orders, may take an extended amount of time to process. After your 60 days are up, you cannot receive a full refund, but may cancel at any time.
